Review : Dazzling Lip Gloss by Forever 52 Germany

Today,I am going to share my thoughts on the Lip Gloss by  Forever 52 Germany.There are thirty-three shades available online and I picked one shade : FM0432.

Forever 52 is a German Cosmetics brand.

I had heard about Forever 52 earlier and I wanted to try their products.I found out that in UAE it's available online on http://www.dailylifeforever52.com

Product Information:

Dazzling lip gloss Specially velour crème formula which makes the lips smooth and evenly covered with colour, stay upto 8 hours

Packaging:

The lip gloss comes in an acrylic rectangular-transparent tube that has a black cap.

The shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the tube.The packaging is very nice to look at.The packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly.The lid gets closed tightly enough and avoids product spillage.

Sleek and chic packaging.I love it.The applicator is a flat-foot sponge-tip one.It really helps in lining out the lips easily.It gives full control/grip to the hands while lining out the lips.

Formula & Texture:

• The lipstick has a texture that's between a mousse and a runny liquid lipstick/matte gloss.
• Glides on really smoothly onto the lips,Soft and silky texture
• Pressing the lips moves the product and the lip gloss does not really set at any point in time as such
• Definitely a demi-matte finish not powdery-matte-finish.Takes about two to three minutes to settle on the lips
• Product is decently pigmented,but, we need to dip into the tube to get more product and apply.
• Once we use two scoops of the product on the lips only then the lip gloss looks really nice and even
• May be because the flat foot applicator does not hold enough product in a scoop ,we need to definitely dip the applicator again and again to get the product out
• Water-resistant lip gloss
• Not smudge-proof
• Transfers very little...nice!

Shade:

FM0432 : orange with a hint of red(reddish-orange).It's a perfect shade for the summers!This shade will look gorgeos on all the skin tones in my opinion.It's my favorite kind of shade.:)

Effective/Worth?

Yes

I am so in love with this lip gloss.To start with, the shade FM0432 is an amazing burnt-orange-red shade.It's so summery.This shade will definitely suite all the skin tones.The product doesn't bleed,flake,feather or sit into the fine-lip-lines.Yes it enhances the dry patches on the lips,so please exfoliate the lips prior to applying any lip gloss/liquid lipstick with a matte finish.

Very easy to remove using wet-makeup wipes or a makeup-remover.

Fragrance:

Very mild sweet fragrance that's not at all bothersome.

Longevity:

I was amazed at the longevity of this lip-gloss.It stayed on the lips for about six hours straight.It survived ligh.Only when we eat very oily/greasy food it goes away from the center of the mouth. Doesn't stain the lips at all.Being a matte lip-gloss it really lived upto it's name and I am impressed...I must say.

Con:

Streaky in one scoop.Need to dip into the tube to even out the product on the lips.

Will I re-purchase?

Yes

Overall ,I only wish it was easy to scoop out the product in one go in order to get that evenness of the product on the lips.You need to give some time to evenly spread the product on the lips.At least for this shade I can say as most of the time neon/coral shades tend to be streaky in general and so is the case with this lip-gloss.Otherwise, keeping the demi-matte finish,comfortability and the longevity that this lip gloss provides I am all in for it.

Review : Rimmel's Moisture Renew Lipsticks Shades : 360 &180

Today, I am going to share my thoughts on Rimmel's Moisture Renew Lipstick Collection.
Rimmel is one of my favorite makeup brands.They have everything from kohls to lip-liners to foundations to lipsticks and so on.Their products are of really good quality.I trust Rimmel. The Moisture Renew lipsticks looked very appealing because of their packaging and hence I went ahead and checked these out at the counter.Let's find out together if these lipsticks worth purchasing!!!

Product-Information:

• Moisturizes lips without compromising on colour!
• Vitamin A,C,E enriched formula that drenches lips in intense colour and moisture.
• SPF 20 keeps the lips protected!(According to www.nykaa.com,not mentioned on the official website of Rimmel London though)
• Ultra lightweight, comfortable to wear all day.
• A burst of brilliance in a rainbow of shades.
• Dermatologically tested.

There are eighteen shades available in the moisture renew lipstick collection and I picked two of them namely 360,As You Want Victoria and 180,Vintage Pink.

My Experience:

Shades:

• 360,As You Want Victoria : It's a heavily-blue toned pink shade.This shade will suit all the skin tones.It's a bold and beautiful shade.Can be worn at any occasion.I have been using this shade non-stop.It's really a very nice shade.

• 180,Vintage Pink : It's a flat out mauvy-pink shade.It's a neutral shade.Will suit all the skin tones.Can be worn on an everyday basis.I love this shade.

The lipaticks in the Moisture Renew collection come in tube that has silver base and a purple-blue coloured cap/lid.The packaging looks really nice. Rimmel's logo is embossed at the top-head of the lid.The details like shade number,name,quantity are mentioned on the tube itself.Packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly.I like it.
                                            

Formula & Texture:

• Texture of these lipsticks is very buttery-soft and smooth,experienced no tugging or pulling...simply wow!
• Pigmentation-The product is very pigmented.One single swipe is enough to cover any pigmentation on the lips.
• Satin/glossy finish
• Full colour pay-off in one single swipe
• Very comfortable on the lips
• Light-weight lipsticks
• Keeps the lips moisturized
• Not transfer-proof
• Not smudge proof
• Leaves a stain behind on the lips,especially the darker shades like 360, As You Want Victoria.

Fragrance:

The lipsticks in the moisture renew collection have a strong sweet-fruity fragrance that lingers after the product- application.It fades away as the time passes.But,yes it's very strong.I am fine with it as it just goes away after some time ,so it's not really a problem.

Effective/Worth?

Yes.Definitely.

• The lipsticks in the Moisture Renew range are very pigmented and comfortable on the lips
• The longevity of these lipsticks is upto five hours after which the lipstick leaves a stain behind.We don't really need to re-apply the lipstick because the stain looks nice in my opinion.
• Vitamin A,C,E are really nice for lips.Skin benefits from these vitamins and stays healthy.Great that these lipsticks have Vitamin A,C,E
• These lipsticks have SPF 20.How cool is that!It's really nice to wear these lipsticks during the summer season.For that matter anytime.It's a big plus point of these lipsticks
• Re-application of the lipsticks in this collection is very easy, one swipe and we are good to go.It doesn't look patchy as such
• It has a tendency to bleed though.Using a lip-liner will definitely help.
• As the lipsticks in this range are very glossy we got to be careful.A hair-strand or anything that will touch the lipstick on the lips,lipstick will get smeared easily
• Transfers to the cutlery easily.But,we can always mattify any lipstick that has a satin/glossy finish by using a translucent powder.
• These lipsticks don't really flake off at all.But,might cling to the dry patches on the lips.Better to exfoliate your lips prior to applying the lipstick
• Doesn't sit into the fine lip-lines...yay
• Makes the lips look plumped-up and luscious!

Longevity:

• Stays on the lips for about four hours max. i.e. with heavy meals in between.With light meals in between it stays up to five hours on me.
• Please note that the lighter-shades like Vintage Pink stayed on the lips for about three hours(max).
• The lipstick fades away evenly as the time passes leaving a nice stain behind.In case we eat anything oily/greasy,it goes away from the center of the lips immediately.

Cons:

• The strong sweet fragrance of the lipstick might bother some people.I suggest checking out the lipstick's fragrance if you have a very sensitive nose. :)
• Transfers to the cutlery etc easily

Will I re-purchase?

Yes

Overall,I am a big fan of Rimmel products in general and these lipsticks are definitely worth a try.I like the packaging and formula of these lipsticks.I am really loving the shades that I have purchased.The pigmentation is seriously to die for and the shade-range is awesome too.There are neutral shades and bold reds and pinks in this collection.I recommend checking out the Moisture Renew lipstick collection.

Shades:

• Trendsetter- It's a perfect nude shade with orange undertones.Will suit all the skin tones
• Flirt- It's a brownish-nude shade that will suit fair skin tones very well
• Spice Girl- Mauvy-nude that is a tad bit more brown when compared to Flirt.Suitable for all skin tones
• Vixen- It's a very deep brown shade that will suit deep-skin tones well apart from fair and medium-skin tones!

• The packaging is compact
• The shades can be seen easily from the outside through the transparent sheet...nice!

• The applicator is doe-foot applicator

• The formula is liquidy in nature
• Very thin and gives full coverage in a single swipe
• Doe foot applicator helps in easy application of the product onto the lips
• No flaking,feathering or bleeding
• Doesn't sit in the fine-lip-lines
• Doesn't enhance patchiness or dryness but,please exfoliate you lips in advance
• Keeps lips hydrated,thanks to it's key ingredients like olive oil and bees-wax!
• Sets in one to two minutes to a complete matte
• Doesn't transfer at all (check my YouTube video for demo)
• If we take heavy meals the products tends to move from the center of the lips
• Re-application of the product is not an issue at all
• Water-resistant

Fragrance:
Has a strong,sweet-scent that fades away as the time passes

Longevity:

• Lasts for a really long time.When oily and greasy food is avoided or taken carefully the lipstick stays
• put forever!Love it.
• Survives light meals cery well...impressed!
• Need a good makeup remover to remove the product from  the lips

Con:
Little bit sticky,it might bother some people

Overall,I like the brown edition of the Huda Beauty,liquid matte lipsticks.
I highly recommend that you check out these lipsticks!

Shades:

• 120,Call The Shots - Bright coral-pink shade

• 500,Take the Stage - It's a purplle lipstick with pink undertones

• 610,High Flyer -  Rosy-mauve lipstick.Perfect for daily-use(a little lighter than Mehr lipstick by MAC Cosmetics)

• 800,Run The Show -Classic-red.Red lipstick...flat-out gorgeous red

• 810,The Matte Factor - It's a burgandy creamy-matte lipstick :)

Packaging:

• Classy packaging very different,shape-wise
• Red-tube looks nice and cool
• There is a colour-coded band on the tube that matches the lipstick-shade
• Bottom of the lipstick-tube has a colour-coded sticker
• Travel-friendly
• Sturdy lipstick-tube
• All the details like shade name and number,weight,shelf-life are mentioned on the lipstick-tube...cool

Formula & Texture:

• Creamy-matte lipsticks that keep the lips hydrated
• Not completely matte,but, more towards matte
• Very pigmented
• Comfortable and very nice colour payoff in a single swipe
• Glides on smoothly on the lips
• Feel like buttery-soft texture
• No flaking,bleeding or feathering
• Fades away evenly from the lips
• Need to do a touch-up after a heavy meal.Of course!

Fragrance:

Yes,these lipstick do have a strong sweet-fragrance that fades away as the time passes.

The fragrance is not overpowering though.The fragrance is very different than the Rose Gold lipsticks by Rimmel.Check out my review here

Survives light-meals and stays put and fades away evenly after three to four hours(approx.)

Overall I love the shades that I picked both formula and shelf-life-wise.

My favourites are High Flyer and The Matte Factor...you must check out the collection!

Will I re-purchase?

Yes, because the lipsticks in The Only One Matte collection are affordable and very pigmented.

• The packaging of this mascara is very unique
• The tube is of black colour.It has a doll-face on the tube
• All the details about the product are mentioned on the tube e.g. quantity & shelf-life
• I like the packaging.
• The mascara wand is unique as well.The makers call it as innovative cobra-brush wand
• The fringes are long enough to coat all the lashes well                                        

Formula & Texture:

• The mascara is jet black mascara
• Dries quickly
• Water-resistant
• long-lasting
• Doesn't flake
• No lash-clumping
• Stays on the lashes until removed
• Two-to-three coats of the mascara does wonders on the lashes!
• Gives volume and length to the lashes!...It simply an amazing mascara :)

Longevity:

• Stays on the lashes for a really long time without flaking
• Easy to remove using a makeup remover

Hands down, this is my holy grail mascara.I have used two tubes so far...simply love it!

Will I re-purchase?
Yes because the mascara is amazing and very affordable.
Really good quality mascara...awesome.

• Kitten Heels : It's a pure classic red coloured shade...my favourite!
• Amethyst : It's a staight-forward wearable purple shade
• Soft-spoken : It's a perfect nude shade in the range
• Vintage : It's a deep burgandy shade
• Cherry Skies :  Cherry red shade...my favourite!

Packaging:

• The packaging of the product is interesting.The colour of the tube matches the Suede lipstick's shade...that's great!
• The cap is of matt black colour.Overall lipstick tubes look cool
• All the details such as product's shade name,number shelf-life etc. are mentioned on the tube
• The tube is huge but,light-weight
• Travel-friendly packaging
• Sturdy packaging and no chance of spillage of the product
• The applicator is a flat applicator that is slant

Formula & Texture :

• Kind of moussy-texture
• Demi-matte / velvet-matte finish
• Settles quickly on the lips
• Highly pigmented
• Light-weight formula
• Any lip-pigmentation can be hidden easily by using the NYX Suede lipsticks
• Water-resistant lipsticks
• Re-application of the product is not an issue.

Longevity:
Since,the lipsticks in the Suede range have a demi-matte finish,they transfer a little.
Also,the lipstick stays on lips for really long time until we start eating oily food,lipstick fades away from the center of the mouth.Re-application is required which is easy and does not look cakey

Effective/Worth?
Yes

• The product is very light-weight and comfortable on the lips
• Value for money.We get a lot of product(quantity-wise) at a reasonable price
• Nice shade-range available,from nudes to oranges!

Con:
Fragrance might bother some people,though I am ok with the fragrance the lipsticks in the NYX Suede Liquid range have
