Review : Essence Matt Matt Matt Lipstick, Shade# 04, Pink Up Your Life

Today, I am gonna share my thoughts on the Matt Matt Matt lipstick in the shade# 04, Pink Up Your Life by Essence cosmetics.There are ten shades available in the Matt Matt Matt lipstick collection.

The products are really affordable and are of high-quality.Essence products are cruelty free.
Essence has become one of my favourite drugstore brands.I love almost all the products from Essence.All the products are so affordable and of good quality.

Shade:
04,Pink Up Your Life is a very pretty pink-raspberry shade that will surely suit all the skin tones!Perfect for daily-use. It's very suttle and gives a flush of colour on the lips.It stains the lips and still looks beautiful.

Packaging:
Very attractive packaging.Colour-coded packaging. The pull-up cap is made up of plastic.Ir's ciolour matches the exact lipstick shade perfectly.Shade number is mentioned on the colour-coded sticker on the bottom of the lipstick case.Also,important information like product quantity,shelf-life etc are mentioned on the packaging.Sturdy & travel friendly packaging. Didn't experience any loose-cap /product mess-up issues.

Formula & Texture:

• Creamy formula with matte-finish
• Can say that this lipstick has a velvet matte finish that later on settles to a complete powder matte finish(as the time passes)
• Soft to touch and very pigmented!

Effective / Worth?
Yes, definitely.

• Affordably priced.For the price being paid we are getting a lot of product.Great quality I must say.
• Very pigmented.One to two swipes are enough to cover-up any lip-pigmentation
• Comfortable matte lipstick
• Doesn't tug on the lips.Glides on very smoothly
• Very creamy and lightweight formula
• The bullet hugs the lips perfectly and we don't really need a lip liner
• Great for daily-use.Perfect rosy pink shade that can be used on a daily-basis
• Easily available across the country

Con:
Enhances dry patches and fine lines a lot.Exfoliate your lips before applying this lipstick.I would highly suggest applying a lip balm prior to using this lipstick else your lips might feel very dry and flaky(approximately after two hours of application).

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

Overall, I would like to say that you should definitely give this lipstick a try.I am planning to check out other shades from the Matt Matt Matt lipstick collection.Very reasonably priced lipsticks.Must try!

My Experience:

Packaging:
The product comes in a sleek black coloured pen-packaging.Looks like a sketch pen.The packaging looks basic and simple.
The fine tip applicator looks amazing and sharp.It's travel friendly and sturdy.The cap closes tightly and secures the pen-tip very well.The details like product-quantity , shelf-life are mentioned on the packaging.I like the packaging.

Formula:

• Very lightweight formula. once applied on the eyelids,  doesn't feel heavy at all! 
• Deep dark black coloured eyeliner.Not jet black.
• Matte finish.Not extremely matte though.
• Liquid consistency, but, not runny or anything like that.Perfect formula.

Effective?

• Deep black coloured eyeliner.Very pigmented.
• One swipe is sufficient to use.Maximum two swipes should do.
• Very easy to create-winged eye liner look
• The fine tip applicator helps in drawing thin line nicely.
• Thick line can be drawn easily too,if you like thick eyeliner look.The tip is easy to control while applying the product.
• The eyeliner didn't cause any skin irritation. Read it from the perspective of a girl with sensitive skin
• It stayed on the eyes for an entire day until I removed it using a makeup remover
• Water-proof to a great extent.
• Smudge-proof eyeliner. Yay!
• It didn't crack on the oily lids
• The shelf-life is eight months.That's great in my opinion.
• Makeup-beginner friendly product

Con:
Only con is as the time passes it fades away a tad bit. Or we can say the intensity of the pigmentation gets reduced.

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

Overall, I would say that Essence mascaras are my favourite ones.They are very affordable and easily available and work better than many high-end mascaras.I recommend this mascara .Girls must check this out.
