Today, I am gonna share my thoughts on the Matt Matt Matt lipstick in the shade# 04, Pink Up Your Life by Essence cosmetics.There are ten shades available in the Matt Matt Matt lipstick collection.

Shade:
04,Pink Up Your Life is a very pretty pink-raspberry shade that will surely suit all the skin tones!Perfect for daily-use. It's very suttle and gives a flush of colour on the lips.It stains the lips and still looks beautiful.

Packaging:
Very attractive packaging.Colour-coded packaging. The pull-up cap is made up of plastic.Ir's ciolour matches the exact lipstick shade perfectly.Shade number is mentioned on the colour-coded sticker on the bottom of the lipstick case.Also,important information like product quantity,shelf-life etc are mentioned on the packaging.Sturdy & travel friendly packaging. Didn't experience any loose-cap /product mess-up issues.

Formula & Texture:

• Creamy formula with matte-finish
• Can say that this lipstick has a velvet matte finish that later on settles to a complete powder matte finish(as the time passes)
• Soft to touch and very pigmented!

Effective / Worth?
Yes, definitely.

• Affordably priced.For the price being paid we are getting a lot of product.Great quality I must say.
• Very pigmented.One to two swipes are enough to cover-up any lip-pigmentation
• Comfortable matte lipstick
• Doesn't tug on the lips.Glides on very smoothly
• Very creamy and lightweight formula
• The bullet hugs the lips perfectly and we don't really need a lip liner
• Great for daily-use.Perfect rosy pink shade that can be used on a daily-basis
• Easily available across the country

Con:
Enhances dry patches and fine lines a lot.Exfoliate your lips before applying this lipstick.I would highly suggest applying a lip balm prior to using this lipstick else your lips might feel very dry and flaky(approximately after two hours of application).

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

Overall, I would like to say that you should definitely give this lipstick a try.I am planning to check out other shades from the Matt Matt Matt lipstick collection.Very reasonably priced lipsticks.Must try!

My Experience:
Shade: 480, Red Said Black. It's a coffee brown with heavy reddish-blue undertones. It looks like the darkest shade available in the collection in my opinion.Perfect for the winter season. I lover dark shades and that's why I chose this particular shade!It will suit all the skin tones well.Especially medium-complexioned Indian skin tones.

The lipsticks in the Ultimate Colour collection come in a black coloured plastic tube.Details like shade number,name,quantity and shelf-life are mentioned on the tube-packaging.The bottom of the lipstick has a colour-coded sticker that matches the lipstick's shade the tube holds.It comes in very handy if we have more than one lipstick from this collection.The packaging is sleek,sturdy and travel-friendly.

Formula & Texture:

• This lipstick has got a creamy-finish
• Very pigmented.One single swipe is enough to cover-up any lip-pigmentation
• Satin-finish of the lipstick makes the lips look luscious
• Very comfortable on the lips and doesn't bleed.
• Doesn't settle into the fine-lip lines.Keeps lips moisturized for a really long time
• Sets quickly on the lips and after few hours looks kind of matte on the lips.Yes,the sheen goes away as the time passes
• Survives light snacks.After a heavy meal,we need to re-apply the lipstick Stains the lips as it's a very dark shade.
• Re-application is easy and layering up the product doesn't look patchy.
• Doesn't flake or feather unless you have chapped lips
• Not transfer-proof. Transfers a lot.
• Not smudge-proof

Longevity:
Lasts for about five hours (max).This lipstick can be removed easily using a makeup-wipe or a remover.Long lasting lipstick...I must say.

Con:
Transfers a lot!

Overall,I love this lipstick and you must try at least one shade out of the fifteen shades available.The lipsticks in the Ultimate colour collection are very pigmented and long-lasting at the same time.There are awesome shades available...from nudes to bold reds they have it all.Cool collection!

Will I re-purchase?
Yes. Also, this shade is an addition to my existing Catrice Ultimate Color lipstick collection. Would love to try out other shades from this range.Love the formula to bits!

Tips: Lining out lips before applying the lipstick is a good idea.Also,don't forget to prep-up the lips by exfoliating and applying a generous amount of lip balm.Then,wipe off the lip balm exactly before applying the lipstick

Review : Essence Volume Stylist 18hr Curl & Hold Mascara

To start with , firstly I would like to let you know that Essence cosmetics has got nice mascaras.My all time favorite is the Lash Prince Volume mascara.And that's why I thought of checking out the Volume Stylist 18hr Curl & Hold Mascara.mascara the moment I saw the packaging!Today, I am going to review the same for you all. :)

My Experience:

Packaging:
As I mentioned earlier in the Introduction part, the packaging of the mascara attracted me a lot!
So,the nude pink coloured satin tube with a black twist open cap looks so gorgeous.
The details like quantity, shelf-life are mentioned on the packaging. The weight of the tube is very light.Travel-friendly packaging. The lid closes tightly enough to avoid product spillage.Love the girlie packaging.

Formula & Texture:
The formula is moussy, but, towards the drier version.It dries quickly.The texture is creamy.The product is very pigmented and dark black in colour. Lightweight formula....must say.

Effective?
Yes.

• The fully loaded paddle brush works nicely on the lashes.It helps in coating the lashes  around inner-corner of the eyes.Easy to coat the lower lashes.
• The mascara curls the lashes too. Holds the curl for a long time. But, then at the end of the day the effect was gone!
• Very comfortable on eyes. Doesn't feel heavy on the lashes
• Each time we dip the wand into the bottle,enough product comes out and helps in coating the lashes.
• Very affordably priced and easily available.It's a steal.
• Lengthens the lashes in one to two coats and gives the desired volume after three coats!
• Separates the lashes nicely.
• The effect of the mascara stayed around 7-8 hrs (in my case) until I went ahead and removed the product from the lashes.
• Water-resistant mascara , but , not waterproof. Be aware if you are looking strictly for a water proof one.Skip this mascara.
• Flaked ever so little and didn't give raccoon-eye-look.

Con:

• Need to apply at least three coats of the product to get the desired volume.Of course,over coating the lashes with the product will result in clumpy-looking lashes which will not look good.Avoid over application. If you are in a hurry and want this mascara to work in a jiffy.It won't happen.It might lengthen the lashes and might not volumize them quickly. 

• 18hr curl and hold is a big claim. This mascara doesn't stand up to the mark as expected! In case you are looking for a mascara that stays for a very long time on the curled-lashes this mascara might disappoint you.

Will I re-purchase?
Yes, definitely.This mascara is amazing and very affordable. Really good quality mascara...love it.

Overall, I would like to say that this is a nice mascara.I am loving it.It has not disappointed me.It lengthens the lashes beautifully plus volumizes too. Yay.All in all I recommend trying out this mascara.No complains as I have tried various high-end mascaras and faced disappointment! This mascara is quite affordable and works fine. Can be used on a daily basis as it doesn't dramatize the lashes a lot.

My Experience:

Packaging:
The product comes in a sleek black coloured pen-packaging.Looks like a sketch pen.The packaging looks basic and simple.
The fine tip applicator looks amazing and sharp.It's travel friendly and sturdy.The cap closes tightly and secures the pen-tip very well.The details like product-quantity , shelf-life are mentioned on the packaging.I like the packaging.

Formula:

• Very lightweight formula. once applied on the eyelids,  doesn't feel heavy at all! 
• Deep dark black coloured eyeliner.Not jet black.
• Matte finish.Not extremely matte though.
• Liquid consistency, but, not runny or anything like that.Perfect formula.

Effective?

• Deep black coloured eyeliner.Very pigmented.
• One swipe is sufficient to use.Maximum two swipes should do.
• Very easy to create-winged eye liner look
• The fine tip applicator helps in drawing thin line nicely.
• Thick line can be drawn easily too,if you like thick eyeliner look.The tip is easy to control while applying the product.
• The eyeliner didn't cause any skin irritation. Read it from the perspective of a girl with sensitive skin
• It stayed on the eyes for an entire day until I removed it using a makeup remover
• Water-proof to a great extent.
• Smudge-proof eyeliner. Yay!
• It didn't crack on the oily lids
• The shelf-life is eight months.That's great in my opinion.
• Makeup-beginner friendly product

Con:
Only con is as the time passes it fades away a tad bit. Or we can say the intensity of the pigmentation gets reduced.

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

Overall, I would say that Essence mascaras are my favourite ones.They are very affordable and easily available and work better than many high-end mascaras.I recommend this mascara .Girls must check this out.

Mini Haul : Karaja Makeup Products(Life Cosmetics),Italy

Today, I am going to share the details of a mini makeup haul.So,recently I had ordered few products online from www.lifestylestores.com. First product is a lipstick.It's from the Sensual Shine,shiny cream lipstick collection.It's an orange-coloured lipstick which is perfect to wear during the summer-season.The lipstick has a glossy finish which I like a lot.This lipstick is very pigmented and in one swipe we get full colour payoff.It feels very comfortable on the lips too.The lipstick comes in a colour-coded plastic tube with a pull-up cap.The colour of the tube matches the shade of the lipstick.Very handy feature in case we have more than one lipstick from the Sensual Shine collection. Nice quality,I am lovin' it.

Second product is a bullet lipstick from the Rouge Mat collection.It comes in a metallic silver tube.The tube has a pull-up cap which is firm in nature. The packaging looks very classy.It's sleek,sturdy and travel friendly.The shade is very gorgeous ,it's a watermelon-red kind of a shade,very bright red with a slight hint of orange.It's a very summery shade.I purchased this lipstick because this particular shade looked very unique to me.The lipstick glides on smoothly and is very pigmented.The lipstick has a velvet-matte finish.I love the formula of this lipstick. Good quality lipstick:)

Third product is an eyeshadow trio in a uni-pan.It's from the Aqua Colour Eye Shadow collection.It is a beautiful combination of purple and pink with pink-glitters in tge middle-stripe.Attractive indeed!!

I had heard so many good things about Karaja-eyeshadows and wanted to try,that's why I purchased this product.There are other amazing variants available too.The shade range varies from the bold teals to warm neutrals.

The packaging is lightweight and is made up of plastic.The eyeshadows can be seen easily through the transparent plastic-lid.The circular pan holds the product intact.The packaging is very sleek and compact.I am yet to try out these shadows.Will keep you updated on that.Do follow me on Instagram to get more updates on this product.

My Experience:

Shades:

• 340,Berry Bradshaw : It's a berry-toned pink shade with mauvy undertones.Deep pink with very heavy blue-undertones
• 140,Pinker-bell : It's a bright fuchsia pink shade apt for summers
• 310,Red My Lips : It's a very bright flat out red shade that can be worn anytime.Suitable for parties and functions.

All the shades mentioned above will suit all the skin tones well.Especially medium-complexioned Indian skin tones.

The lipsticks in the Ultimate Colour collection come in a black coloured plastic tube.

Details like shade number,name,quantity and shelf-life are mentioned on the tube-packaging.

The bottom of the lipstick has a colour-coded sticker that matches the lipstick's shade the tube holds.It comes in very handy if we have more than one lipstick from this collection.

The packaging is sleek,sturdy and travel-friendly.

Formula & Texture:

Longevity:

The lipsticks in the ultimate colour collection last for about five hours straight.These lipsticks leave a feeble stain on the lips.Can be removed easily using a makeup-wipe or remover.Long lasting lipsticks...I must say.

Overall,I love these lipsticks and you must try at least one shade out of fifteen shades available.The lipsticks in the Ultimate colour collection are nicely pigmented and long-lasting at the same time.There are awesome shades available...from nudes to bold reds they have it all.Cool!

Tips: Lining out lips before applying the lipstick is a good idea.Also,don't forget to prep-up the lips by exfoliating and applying a generous amount of lip balm.Then,wipe off the lip balm exactly before applying the lipstick

My Experience:

Shades:

Mauve1:  Brown-nude shade apt for medium skin-tones.Brown shade with slight peach undertones.It's a MLBB shade for me.This shade can be used everyday.

Fuchsia1: It's a really bright but,wearable fuschia pink shade.Pink with purple kind of undertones!This shade can be used ocassionally. But,I wear it as and when I feel like. :)

• The product comes in a cylindrical , twist-up tube-packaging.

• The tube has product at one end and the lip-gradation sponge-blenat the other end

• The end that holds the lip-crayon has a matte black pull-up cap/lid

• The end that holds the sponge-smudger has a transparent lid closure to secure the sponge

• The ingredients,quantity,shelf-life etc are mentioned on the outer-transparent sheet that covers the lipstick tube.Once,you throw it,all the info will be lost!

• The  shade name is mentioned at the bottom(sponge smudger-side) of the lipstick in this collection

• The colour of the lipstick-tube matches the lipstick-shade that it holds

• In case we have more than one lipstick from this collection,it will be easy to locate in the stash

• Sturdy & travel-friendly packaging

Formula & Texture:

• Very smooth and soft lip-crayons

• Very pigmented.In one swipe we get rich and full colour payoff!

• The lip-crayons in the Lip Gradation range have a matte-finish

• Light-weight

• Velvet matte finish of the lipsticks is to die-for.They glide on very smoothly onto the lips without tugging.

• Product is fragile in nature and can break easily in the tube

                                                    

Fragrance:
The lip-crayon have no fragrance.That's good.

Effective/Worth?
Yes

• These lip-crayons/lipsticks are very pigmented and cover the pigmentation on the lips very well
• These lipsticks are really very comfortable to wear.
• Not at all heavy or un-comfortable on lips
• These lip-crayons don't bleed,flake or feather
• Don't sit into the fine lip-lines
• Don't moisturize the lips as such , but,didn't experience any dryness either.
• Not Transfer-proof.Transfers a little to the cutlery
• Not smudge-proof.will get smeared easily
• Product can be easily removed using a good makeup remover
• I am yet to try the lip-gradation soft sponge-smudger for an ombre lip-look.But,yes we can use this to tone-down the shade if needed.

Longevity

Lasted on my lips for about five hours and survived both heavy any light meals.
Both the shades leave a slight stain behind on the lips.

Con:

• Quantity is less as compared to the price that we pay.A bullet lipstick(by Maybelline) contains more than 1.25g and costs around INR 299

• Shade range is restricted to reds and pinks.Hope they add new shades to this collection.

• Dry patches might be easily enhanced by these lip-crayons in case we don't prep-up the lips.

Overall,I really love the shades I picked this time.I am planning to purchase other shades from this collection.I highly recommend that you try out these shades : Mauve1 & Fuchsia1 and check out other shades from this collection.

Will I re-purchase?
Yes.
