Shade:
01,Brazen Raisin : It's a heavily blue-toned red or a burgandy shade!I love bold lipsticks and that's why chose this shade.This shade will suite all the skin tones very well.
Swatch:
- The outer packaging is made up of cardboard.The shade number,name,price,shelf-life are mentioned on the packaging
- The product comes in an acrylic transparent tube with a matte black cap.It's a twist open head.
- Transparent tube allows us to easily identify the different shades in our vanity in case we have more than one shade with us.
- Shade number,name and quantity are mentioned on a black sticker which is stuck at the bottom of the acrylic tube
- The applicator is a rectangular flat-foot sponge one and is of appropriate size
- Yes,the applicator comes in very handy while lining out the lips
- Overall,I like the packaging.It's sturdy & travel-friendly indeed!
- Lipstick contains Vitamin E,which is cool!
- The lipstick has a soft, mousse-like creamy texture
- Highly pigmented,opaque in one single swipe
- Dries down to a complete powdery-matte finish within a minute of application

- one scoop of the product is sufficient to cover the lips

The lipstick smells like vanilla cup cakes
Effective/Worth?
Yes.
- The lipstick is very pigmented and any sort of lip-pigmentation can be covered easily using the lipstick
- The lipstick sits well on the lips and makes the lips look full.
- The shade range in the collection is cool and there are shades from nude to bold reds which is really nice
- Didn't bleed,flake or feather
- Didn't crumble or crack-up the lips at any point in time
Lasted for about 5 hours.It survived heavy meals.After eating very greasy food the lipstick faded away from only the lower-center portion of the lips.Touch up is definitely required after a very heavy/ greasy meal.Touch-up and re-application of the product is easy.But,as the product dries out very quickly be careful and apply the lipstick either by taking it off completely from the lips or try not to layer too much of the product.
Con:
- Like any other powder- matte lipstick this lipstick can easily enhance dry patches on the lips.up the lips by exfoliation is very much required.
- Sits into the lip-fine lines and lips kind of look wrinkly as the time passes
- Only thing that might bother few people is that the lipstick dries out the lips extremely as the time passes.Yes,I agree,the lipstick dried out the lips.But,to be frank, I did not find wearing this lipstick to be extremely uncomfortable.
Yes,I love this shade.
Overall,I recommend that you definitely check out the collection.I would like to purchase other shades from this collection.I love the shade range,pigmentation and staying power of the lipsticks in the Smudge Me Not Liquid Matte collection!
If you are somebody who has extremely dry lips then you should consider exfoliating your lips before applying this lipstick.Also,if you are not comfortable with the lip-dryness post applying any liquid matte lipstick then I suggest skipping this lipstick. :)
