Today, I am gonna share my thoughts on the Matt Matt Matt lipstick in the shade# 04, Pink Up Your Life by Essence cosmetics.There are ten shades available in the Matt Matt Matt lipstick collection.

Shade:
04,Pink Up Your Life is a very pretty pink-raspberry shade that will surely suit all the skin tones!Perfect for daily-use. It's very suttle and gives a flush of colour on the lips.It stains the lips and still looks beautiful.

Packaging:
Very attractive packaging.Colour-coded packaging. The pull-up cap is made up of plastic.Ir's ciolour matches the exact lipstick shade perfectly.Shade number is mentioned on the colour-coded sticker on the bottom of the lipstick case.Also,important information like product quantity,shelf-life etc are mentioned on the packaging.Sturdy & travel friendly packaging. Didn't experience any loose-cap /product mess-up issues.

Formula & Texture:

• Creamy formula with matte-finish
• Can say that this lipstick has a velvet matte finish that later on settles to a complete powder matte finish(as the time passes)
• Soft to touch and very pigmented!

Effective / Worth?
Yes, definitely.

• Affordably priced.For the price being paid we are getting a lot of product.Great quality I must say.
• Very pigmented.One to two swipes are enough to cover-up any lip-pigmentation
• Comfortable matte lipstick
• Doesn't tug on the lips.Glides on very smoothly
• Very creamy and lightweight formula
• The bullet hugs the lips perfectly and we don't really need a lip liner
• Great for daily-use.Perfect rosy pink shade that can be used on a daily-basis
• Easily available across the country

Con:
Enhances dry patches and fine lines a lot.Exfoliate your lips before applying this lipstick.I would highly suggest applying a lip balm prior to using this lipstick else your lips might feel very dry and flaky(approximately after two hours of application).

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

Overall, I would like to say that you should definitely give this lipstick a try.I am planning to check out other shades from the Matt Matt Matt lipstick collection.Very reasonably priced lipsticks.Must try!

Review : Essence Volume Stylist 18hr Curl & Hold Mascara

To start with , firstly I would like to let you know that Essence cosmetics has got nice mascaras.My all time favorite is the Lash Prince Volume mascara.And that's why I thought of checking out the Volume Stylist 18hr Curl & Hold Mascara.mascara the moment I saw the packaging!Today, I am going to review the same for you all. :)

So, let's get started...shall we?

Shelf-life: 6 months

My Experience:

Packaging:
As I mentioned earlier in the Introduction part, the packaging of the mascara attracted me a lot!
So,the nude pink coloured satin tube with a black twist open cap looks so gorgeous.
The details like quantity, shelf-life are mentioned on the packaging. The weight of the tube is very light.Travel-friendly packaging. The lid closes tightly enough to avoid product spillage.Love the girlie packaging.

Formula & Texture:
The formula is moussy, but, towards the drier version.It dries quickly.The texture is creamy.The product is very pigmented and dark black in colour. Lightweight formula....must say.

Effective?
Yes.

• The fully loaded paddle brush works nicely on the lashes.It helps in coating the lashes  around inner-corner of the eyes.Easy to coat the lower lashes.
• The mascara curls the lashes too. Holds the curl for a long time. But, then at the end of the day the effect was gone!
• Very comfortable on eyes. Doesn't feel heavy on the lashes
• Each time we dip the wand into the bottle,enough product comes out and helps in coating the lashes.
• Very affordably priced and easily available.It's a steal.
• Lengthens the lashes in one to two coats and gives the desired volume after three coats!
• Separates the lashes nicely.
• The effect of the mascara stayed around 7-8 hrs (in my case) until I went ahead and removed the product from the lashes.
• Water-resistant mascara , but , not waterproof. Be aware if you are looking strictly for a water proof one.Skip this mascara.
• Flaked ever so little and didn't give raccoon-eye-look.

Con:

• Need to apply at least three coats of the product to get the desired volume.Of course,over coating the lashes with the product will result in clumpy-looking lashes which will not look good.Avoid over application. If you are in a hurry and want this mascara to work in a jiffy.It won't happen.It might lengthen the lashes and might not volumize them quickly. 

• 18hr curl and hold is a big claim. This mascara doesn't stand up to the mark as expected! In case you are looking for a mascara that stays for a very long time on the curled-lashes this mascara might disappoint you.

Will I re-purchase?
Yes, definitely.This mascara is amazing and very affordable. Really good quality mascara...love it.

Overall, I would like to say that this is a nice mascara.I am loving it.It has not disappointed me.It lengthens the lashes beautifully plus volumizes too. Yay.All in all I recommend trying out this mascara.No complains as I have tried various high-end mascaras and faced disappointment! This mascara is quite affordable and works fine. Can be used on a daily basis as it doesn't dramatize the lashes a lot.

My Experience:

Packaging:
The product comes in a sleek black coloured pen-packaging.Looks like a sketch pen.The packaging looks basic and simple.
The fine tip applicator looks amazing and sharp.It's travel friendly and sturdy.The cap closes tightly and secures the pen-tip very well.The details like product-quantity , shelf-life are mentioned on the packaging.I like the packaging.

Formula:

• Very lightweight formula. once applied on the eyelids,  doesn't feel heavy at all! 
• Deep dark black coloured eyeliner.Not jet black.
• Matte finish.Not extremely matte though.
• Liquid consistency, but, not runny or anything like that.Perfect formula.

Effective?

• Deep black coloured eyeliner.Very pigmented.
• One swipe is sufficient to use.Maximum two swipes should do.
• Very easy to create-winged eye liner look
• The fine tip applicator helps in drawing thin line nicely.
• Thick line can be drawn easily too,if you like thick eyeliner look.The tip is easy to control while applying the product.
• The eyeliner didn't cause any skin irritation. Read it from the perspective of a girl with sensitive skin
• It stayed on the eyes for an entire day until I removed it using a makeup remover
• Water-proof to a great extent.
• Smudge-proof eyeliner. Yay!
• It didn't crack on the oily lids
• The shelf-life is eight months.That's great in my opinion.
• Makeup-beginner friendly product

Con:
Only con is as the time passes it fades away a tad bit. Or we can say the intensity of the pigmentation gets reduced.

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

Overall, I would say that Essence mascaras are my favourite ones.They are very affordable and easily available and work better than many high-end mascaras.I recommend this mascara .Girls must check this out.

Hi Lovelies!

I am back with another haul today.I am gonna share my drugstore makup haul.So, there is store in UAE called V-Perfumes.They have got a huge variety of branded perfumes.Plus they have got few makeup counters too.I love shopping makeup from this store as they always keep newly launched products in their store.Yay!

Essence has become one of my favourite drugstore brands.I love almost all the products from Essence.All the products are so affordable and of good quality.I thought of tryinh their lipsticks and here I am to review the lipsticks and let you know if this range is worth a try or not.

Longlasting love… you simply have to fall in love with the longlasting lipsticks by essence. the lipsticks provide your lips with intensive color for several hours without drying them out. you’re sure to find whatever you’re looking for – from bright pink to intensive red and chilled-out berry to subtle nude shades. the essence logo on the texture and the matt, black packaging with a ring of color to match the actual color of the lipstick are true eye-catchers!

Shades:

• 06,Barely There : It's a perfect nude shade for people with medium-complexion.It's a mix of nude and mauve shades.Yes,shade name is apt,this shade seriously looks like it's barely there on the lips and looks natural too.

• 12,Blush My Lips : It's a bright fuschia pink shade.I love it,looks very nice on the lips and will suit all the skin tones.Very summery-shade. Shade name is perfect as it's a perfect blush-pink coloured lipstick

Packaging:

• The packaging is pretty standard.
• The bullet lipstick comes in a black plastic tube with a colour-coded band on the packaging.
• The lid is of black colour as well and it needs to be pulled-off to get the product out
• The coloured band matches the lipstick-shade
• This helps in finding out the shades if we have more than one lipstick from this collection
• The shade name and number are mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick-tube
• Also,details like shade name,number,quantity and shelf-life are mentioned on the body of the lipstick-tube
• The packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly...I like it

Formula & Texture:

• Creamy lipsticks
• Descently pigmented , need to swipe twice to get the full colour payoff
• Lipsticks in the long lasting collection don't bleed,flake or feather
• Also,the lipsticks don't settle into the fine lip-lines
• Comfortable to wear
• Keeps lips moisturized
• Doesn't dries out the lips at all.Thanks to the key ingredient : seed oil
• Doesn't crack-up the lips or enhance dry lip-patches(but, please exfoliate your lips before wearing any kind of lipstick)
• Do stain the lips a little bit
• Not smudge-proof
• Water-resistant

Fragrance:

• Very strong chemical kind-of fragrance.I am ok with it but,people with very sensitive nose might feel it too strong.
• Of course,as the time passes the scent of the lipstick fades away too

Longevity:

• Lasts for about three hours and fades away evenly.Totally depends from person to person.
• Especially,the shade barely there is a perfect MLBB shade once it wears-off from my lips.
• Reapplication is n ot an issue.Glides on smoothly
• Easy to remove using a good makeup remover

Con:

• Not really long lasting lipsticks
• The strong chemical fragrance might be a put off for some people

Overall,I like these two lipsticks that I purchased because they are very comfortable on lips and pretty affordable.Only downside for people with very sensitive nose is the strong fragrance.Otherwise these lipsticks are good.There is a variety of shades available in this collection.Can be tried once.
I recommend this collection.I love Barely there and have been using it daily! :)

Today I am going to  review the Liquid Ink Eyeliner by Essence Cosmetics.

This is the must-have eyeliner! the liquid ink eyeliner waterproof with the special fine tip applicator makes applying an accurate, black line as easy as child's play for gorgeous eyes.

My Experience:

Packaging:

• The product comes in a cute cylinderical-tube
• The tube is of black & sky-blue colour
• The applicator is a brush-tip applicator
• All the product-details are mentioned on the packaging e.g. quantity , shelf-life etc.                                                

Formula & Texture:

• The eye-liner is of black colour...but, not jet-black
• liquidy eye-liner
• medium pigmentation
• Can draw thick and thin lines using the applicator
• Can do various winger-liner looks
• Need to apply twice or thrice in order to get that jet black finish
• Not water-proof but,kind of water-resistant
• Doesn't flake

                           

Effective / Worth?

• Be careful while applying this eye-liner as the brush tip applicator is a little tricky to use
• Also,try to work in small dots / sections and join the dots.I am ok with the pigmentation as once we build-up the colour we get a jet-black finish and the eye-liner stays for a really long time

Longevity:

• Lasts on the eyes for a really long time until removed and also, it doesn't fade away as the time passes...it stays well on the lids!!!...awesome :)
• Can be removed using normal-water easily

Con:
Pigmentation could have been better

Will I re-purchase?
Yes

My Experience:

Packaging:

• The packaging of this mascara is very unique
• The tube is of black colour.It has a doll-face on the tube
• All the details about the product are mentioned on the tube e.g. quantity & shelf-life
• I like the packaging.
• The mascara wand is unique as well.The makers call it as innovative cobra-brush wand
• The fringes are long enough to coat all the lashes well                                        

Formula & Texture:

• The mascara is jet black mascara
• Dries quickly
• Water-resistant
• long-lasting
• Doesn't flake
• No lash-clumping
• Stays on the lashes until removed
• Two-to-three coats of the mascara does wonders on the lashes!
• Gives volume and length to the lashes!...It simply an amazing mascara :)

Longevity:

• Stays on the lashes for a really long time without flaking
• Easy to remove using a makeup remover

Hands down, this is my holy grail mascara.I have used two tubes so far...simply love it!

Will I re-purchase?
Yes because the mascara is amazing and very affordable.
Really good quality mascara...awesome.

My Experience:

Description of shades:

• 03 Girl Of Today - It's a mauvy-pink lipstick...good for daily-use
• 04 Ready,Set,Impress! -  It's a pinkish-red lip-gloss...love
• 05 Simply Be An Icon -It's a ox-blood red lip-gloss undertones...nice

Packaging:

• Lip-gloss comes in a plastic tube that has a matte-black lid
• The product can be seen through the tube.So,we can check out which colour we want to use
• Packaging is sturdy and very much travel-friendly
• Light-weight tube...I am in love with the packaging...very nice!
• Shade name and number are mentioned on the cap.Nice shade names...I must say!
• The applicator is a fluffy-flat-sponge-foot applicator and helps in lining-out the lips

Formula & Texture:

• The lip-glosses have a demi-matte finish
• Moussy-texture
• One single swipe is enough for covering the lips
• These are very pigmented and comfortable on lips
• Hides the lip-pigmentation very well
• These lip-glosses have a strong fragrance that lingers

Fragrance:

It smells like vanilla-cup cakes strongly(which I am ok with)

Longevity:
With meals 2-3 hours,else it survives light-meals and stays-put for a long time

Con:

• Limited shades.hope they bring more shades in this range.
• Also,the lipstick-fragrance might bother people with a sensitive-nose
• Transfers

Overall,I like these lip-glosses because of the comfortability and high colour payoff.
I recommend these lip-glosses to people who are looking for a comfortable yet budget-friendly lip-glosses!

My favourite shade is Simple Be An Icon Matt Matt Matt long lasting lip-gloss.

Will I re-purchase?
Only if there are new shades in the collection
