My Experience:
Shade: 480, Red Said Black. It's a coffee brown with heavy reddish-blue undertones. It looks like the darkest shade available in the collection in my opinion.Perfect for the winter season. I lover dark shades and that's why I chose this particular shade!It will suit all the skin tones well.Especially medium-complexioned Indian skin tones.

The lipsticks in the Ultimate Colour collection come in a black coloured plastic tube.Details like shade number,name,quantity and shelf-life are mentioned on the tube-packaging.The bottom of the lipstick has a colour-coded sticker that matches the lipstick's shade the tube holds.It comes in very handy if we have more than one lipstick from this collection.The packaging is sleek,sturdy and travel-friendly.

Formula & Texture:

• This lipstick has got a creamy-finish
• Very pigmented.One single swipe is enough to cover-up any lip-pigmentation
• Satin-finish of the lipstick makes the lips look luscious
• Very comfortable on the lips and doesn't bleed.
• Doesn't settle into the fine-lip lines.Keeps lips moisturized for a really long time
• Sets quickly on the lips and after few hours looks kind of matte on the lips.Yes,the sheen goes away as the time passes
• Survives light snacks.After a heavy meal,we need to re-apply the lipstick Stains the lips as it's a very dark shade.
• Re-application is easy and layering up the product doesn't look patchy.
• Doesn't flake or feather unless you have chapped lips
• Not transfer-proof. Transfers a lot.
• Not smudge-proof

Longevity:
Lasts for about five hours (max).This lipstick can be removed easily using a makeup-wipe or a remover.Long lasting lipstick...I must say.

Con:
Transfers a lot!

Overall,I love this lipstick and you must try at least one shade out of the fifteen shades available.The lipsticks in the Ultimate colour collection are very pigmented and long-lasting at the same time.There are awesome shades available...from nudes to bold reds they have it all.Cool collection!

Will I re-purchase?
Yes. Also, this shade is an addition to my existing Catrice Ultimate Color lipstick collection. Would love to try out other shades from this range.Love the formula to bits!

Tips: Lining out lips before applying the lipstick is a good idea.Also,don't forget to prep-up the lips by exfoliating and applying a generous amount of lip balm.Then,wipe off the lip balm exactly before applying the lipstick

Drugstore Makeup Haul : Essence Cosmetics, Catrice Cosmetics, Arcancil Paris & Bourjois!

I am back with another haul today.I am gonna share my drugstore makup haul.So, there is store in UAE called V-Perfumes.They have got a huge variety of branded perfumes.Plus they have got few makeup counters too.I love shopping makeup from this store as they always keep newly launched products in their store.Yay!

My Experience:

Shade(023,Chestnut): It's a muted brown shade with mauvy/red undertones...love it:)
Suitable for all skin tones.

Packaging:
•  The lipstick comes in a plastic black-coloured tube,GOSH is written on the lid of the tube
•  Shade-name and number are mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick-tube on a sticker
•  The sticker is colour-coded and matches the lipstick-shade(more or less...true)
•  The packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly
•  Light-weight tube

Formula & Texture:

• Hyaluronic has been used in the lipsticks in this collection...awesome
• The lipstick is called the Velvet Touch Matt lipstick and has a creamy matte-finish(may be because of beeswax, hyaluronic acid)
• The lipstick is very pigmented and glides on smoothly on the lips
• Highly pigmented,in one swipe we get full colour-payoff
• Has very mild vanilla-fragrance


Benfits and importance of Hyaluronic acid:

• Hyaluronic acid is also used as a lip filler in plastic surgery
• Some people apply hyaluronic acid to the skin for healing wounds, burns, skin ulcers, and as a moisturizer
• There is also a lot of interest in using hyaluronic acid to prevent the effects of aging

Effective and worth?
Yes

• Firstly,the brand is cruelty-free and all the products are Paraban free...really cool
• Very comfortable on lips.Need to swipe two to three times to get an intense colour payoff.It can be     toned down and used as MLBB shade as well! Hides lip pigmentation completely.
• Keeps lips moisturized i.e.Hyaluronic acid keeps lips hydrated and smooth
• This lipstick doesn't enhance dry patches on the lips
• The lipstick doesn't bleed,flake or sit into the lip's fine-lines
• It does not stain the lips and wears-off evenly!
• The lipstick has a wear time of around 3 to 4 hours(max)
• Need to do a touch-up after meals as the lipstick fades away evenly.Re-application of the product is easy and the product sits smoothly on the lips

Con:
Nothing

Will I re-purchase?
Yes,I love it so much.It's an amazing shade that can be worn on a daily basis.Very impressed.It looks dark in the tube , but , when applied on the lips it looks muted brown-red kind of shade.Perfect.Love it. Do check this shade out girls!

I highly recommend this lipstick and do check out Velvet Touch Matt lipstick-collection
as there are nice shades out there.

Exfoliate your lips before wearing any lipstick specially matte lipsticks else the lipstick will cling to the dry patches on the lips!

My Experience:

Packaging:
The first thing that attracted me towards this product was the packaging indeed.The vibrant neon-green coloured bottle looked amazing and appealing.The details like quantity,shelf-life and shade name are mentioned on the packaging itself.The twist open cap is easy to remove.The mascara-applicator is very different and swirly unlike any other normal looking mascara.Interesting. Sturdy and travel-friendly packaging.Easy to carry in your handbag.

Formula & Texture:
The formula is neither very wet nor dry,it's just somewhere in between and perfect.It's well balanced.
It dries quickly.The moussy-textured mascara is nicely pigmented and easy to work with.
Need to apply a coat and then wait for it to dry.Then re-apply the product on the lashes.This ensures that we get that desired length.

Effective?
Yes.Kind of.

• Firstly, the formula is so nice that it becomes very easy to play with the mascara.
• The wand is long and the swirly-bristles help in coating each and every eye-lash.
• The bristles at the front of the applicator helps in reaching out the lashes around the inner corner.Be careful and do not poke your eyes.
• Applying two to three coats of the mascara helps in getting lengthened lashes.
• In order to get volume, we need to apply the mascara for about three to four times.
• It holds the curled lashes very well.
• Smudge-proof : Didn't smudge a bit and stayed put whole day.
• Didn't flake at all.Avoid layering a lot of product,else, It will certainly flake.
• Key Ingredients : Argan Oil and Bamboo Extract improves lashes - volume and vitality and makes them stronger.Argan Oil helps in strengthening the hairs in the long run and bamboo extract keeps the lashes moisturized.How cool is that! Makeup that has skincare-ingredients.Amazing.
• It's water resistant to a great extent.Not really waterproof as such.Not that easy to remove using lukewarm water.Need to use a good makeup remover.

Con:

• The actual applicator is very huge and it becomes very difficult to push into the bottle at times.Be patient.
• Messy application due to the huge applicator
• Need to keep layering to get desired volume and hence the product starts clumping on the lashes
• Gives no volume to the lashes
• Some people might find this mascara pricy

Will I re-purchase?
No, as I wanna try other mascaras from the same brand. I had tried Crazy Volume mascara earlier and liked it.
But, I recommend Boombastic Swirl mascara to people who are looking for a decent mascara that gives average length to their lashes.It separates the lashes beautifully.Holds up the curls well.

Today,I am gonna share my thoughts on the GOSH Copenhagen's cosmetic-products!I was introduced to Gosh Cosmetics by a monthly subscription box(GlamBox ME).This happened few months back,I was totally impressed by the products that I had received in that box. Thus, I decided and checked out other products from this brand and totally enjoyed using.Have reviewed few products Velvet Matt Lipstick   Liquid Matte Lips  Forever Shine Lipstick .Recently,I went ahead and purchased few more products and thought of sharing my haul with you all.

First product is a lipstick.It's from the Matt lipstick collection.I purchased shade number 023,Chestnut.It's a brown-lipstick with red hues(mauvy undertones).It is so pretty.It's a very unique shade in my opinion and that's why I got this.It has a velvet matte finish which I love.It comes in a sleek-black plastic tube The packaging is sturdy & travel-friendly not flimsy.Check out full review of the mascara in the next post.

Second product is a mascara.It's called Boombastic Swirl Mascara with argan oil.Isn't that intresting. The product comes in a neon-green cylindrical tube which attracted me a lot.The applicator has swirly bristles attached and the wand is huge.Love the packaging.Check out full review of the mascara in my next post.

Third product is a liquid eyeliner.It's called Liquid Xtreme Gel Eye Liner.Shade number 1.It's a black eyeliner.It's very pigmented and has a satin-finish.It is jet-black coloured eyeliner.It stayed on my lids throughout the day and didn't fade away or smudge.It's a nice product.Totally enjoyed wearing it.It enhances the entire eye-look.

Fourth product is an eye-pencil.It's from their Velvet Touch Eye-liner collection.Shade number 018,I See You.It's a teal green coloured eye-pencil.Very pigmented and looks very nice on the eye-lids.It comes in a plastic pencil which needs to be sharpened.
Claims : Give your eyes a dramatic look with this creamy and intense eye liner. Packed with Vitamin E and Jojoba oil, this eye liner also ensures to soothe and nourish your eyes.

Fifth product is called GOSH 24 Hours Pro Liner.Shade number 002,Carbon Black.It's a matte black eye-pencil(kohl).This is the best eye-pencil that I have used so far.It is really very pigmented and lasts all the long.It has jet matte black finish.Looks amazing and I must say that it's really a great product.

Claims : A great long lasting liner, this pro liner is sure to become your favourite as it glides on your eye smoothly. This eye liner has an extremely soft and creamy texture making it easy to use.

Lastly ,an eyeshadow stick(crayon) called Forever Eyeshadow in the shade 03,Light Copper.It's a rose gold coloured eyeshadow. It has a satin/metallic finish and is apt for suttle party makeup-look.It's decently pigmented and we can build it up very well.It can also be used as eye-shadow base. It can be applied on the waterline or inner corner of the eyes.It lasted on the eyelids for a really long time.I loved using this eye-shadow stick.

Claims : This fantastic eye shadow stick gives a glittery, metallic look in one stroke and comes with a creamy texture that is easy to apply and blend. The extremely smooth texture allows for optimal playtime and blend ability to create your perfect look.

Mini Haul : Karaja Makeup Products(Life Cosmetics),Italy

Today, I am going to share the details of a mini makeup haul.So,recently I had ordered few products online from www.lifestylestores.com. It's a great portal for online shopping.Be it cosmetics or home decors they have it all.I purchased few products which are from an Italian makeup brand called Karaja.Let's get started with the haul!

First product is a lipstick.It's from the Sensual Shine,shiny cream lipstick collection.It's an orange-coloured lipstick which is perfect to wear during the summer-season.The lipstick has a glossy finish which I like a lot.This lipstick is very pigmented and in one swipe we get full colour payoff.It feels very comfortable on the lips too.The lipstick comes in a colour-coded plastic tube with a pull-up cap.The colour of the tube matches the shade of the lipstick.Very handy feature in case we have more than one lipstick from the Sensual Shine collection. Nice quality,I am lovin' it.

Second product is a bullet lipstick from the Rouge Mat collection.It comes in a metallic silver tube.The tube has a pull-up cap which is firm in nature. The packaging looks very classy.It's sleek,sturdy and travel friendly.The shade is very gorgeous ,it's a watermelon-red kind of a shade,very bright red with a slight hint of orange.It's a very summery shade.I purchased this lipstick because this particular shade looked very unique to me.The lipstick glides on smoothly and is very pigmented.The lipstick has a velvet-matte finish.I love the formula of this lipstick. I had heard so many good things about Karaja-eyeshadows and wanted to try,that's why I purchased this product.There are other amazing variants available too.The shade range varies from the bold teals to warm neutrals.

The packaging is lightweight and is made up of plastic.The eyeshadows can be seen easily through the transparent plastic-lid.The circular pan holds the product intact.The packaging is very sleek and compact.I am yet to try out these shadows.Will keep you updated on that.Do follow me on Instagram to get more updates on this product.
