Today I am going to share with you my Golden Rose cosmetics haul!
Yes, I have purchased few products from the Turkish cosmetics brand called Golden Rose(Erkul Cosmetics).

The first product  is a normal bullet-lipstick.It's from the Velvet Matte Lipstick collection in the shade number 22. There are thirty-nine shades in this range.                         

              

• The lipstick retails for AED 45 /  RM 27 for 4.2g /0.15 fl oz
• The shelf-life is 18 months
• It's a reddish-brown or terracotta red shade
• Lipstick has a velvet matte finish
• Stays on lips for about 3-4 hours
• Very comfortable on lips
• Doesn't flake or bleed

Shade Number : 22

The next product is a matte nail lacquer in the shade 07.It retails for AED 15 for 11.5ml.

• Shelf -life of the product is mentioned on the packaging,18 months.
• The nail-lacquer is a burgundy red shade.
• I love it.It's a very good quality nail paint and dries down to a complete matte-finish post application.
• Stays on the nails for about five to six days without chipping off from the nails!...isn't that awesome!

Third product is a liquid lipstick.It's called Longstay Liquid Matte Lipstick,Kiss proof by Golden Rose Cosmetics.There are twenty six shades in this range.

• This is a liquid matte lipstick in the shade # 05,Mulberry.I love this shade.
• It's a deep berry pink shade with heavy blue undertones or a deep mauvy-pink shade.
• The lipstick has a mousse-like consistency and dries down to a complete matte-finish.
• Very pigmented and comfortable
• It retails for AED 45 /  RM 45 for 5.5 ml of the product.

Last but certainly not the least is a nail paint that retails for AED 10.It's from the Golden Rose Selective Nail Lacquer range in the shade 76.Deep brown shade.

                                        

      

• The bottle contains 16 ml / 0.54 fl oz of product and shelf-life is 36 months.
• It's really dark brown shade and has a satin finish...loads of shine it has!
• Consistency of the product is thin and we need to apply at least two coats of the product on the nails.

I must say all the products are of a really good quality and value for money plus Paraben free.

Today I am going to share with you my thoughts on the Khadi Natural's Rose & Honey Herbal Moisturizer.

I was looking for a good herbal moisturizer and that's why I decided to try the Khadi Natural's moisturizer in the Rose & Honey variant.
This is the first product from Khadi Natural's that I have ever tried.Read on to know my experience with this product.

My Experience :

Packaging:

• The body moisturizer comes in a transparent plastic bottle that has a black cap
• The lid of the bottle is a flip-open lid that has a nozzle 
• Nozzle-size is appropriate for the product to get dispensed
• You need to squeeze the bottle really hard to get the product out
• I like the packaging,it's very sturdy & travel-friendly
• All the ingredients are clearly mentioned on the packaging
• The shelf-life,directions etc are mentioned as well on the packaging...nice!

                                     
Formula & Texture :

• The product looks like a baby-pink-coloured cream in the bottle,but,in reality it looks more of a white-coloured cream with pink hues...no issues
• The product is made up of all herbal-ingredients which is really cool
• This moisturizer is made up of awesome ingredients like shea butter , kokum butter, beeswax,aloevera extract,olive oil,jojoba oil,rose extract,honey and the list goes on.These elements are meant to keep the skin smooth and moisturized 
• The body-moisturizer has no parabens or or silicon or phthalates which is the prime reason why I picked this product
• The texture of  this moisturizer is soft and creamy
• The consistency of the product is a little thick and not runny
• Light-weight moisturizer

Fragrance:
Yes, the product has a strong rosy-fragrance(roses) and it smells divine.I love the scent of this moisturizer.The scent lingers for some time and then fades away as the time passes.

Effective?
Yes

• My skin type is normal to dry.The moisturizer instantly moisturizes the skin
• The moisturizer gets absorbed into the skin easily
• But,I would suggest to use less amount of the product at first and if required then re-apply...less is more you see
• If we squeeze-out a lot of product at a time then we need to rub it very nicely to get that absorbed(seamlessly) into the skin 
• Post product-application,there is no cast left by the product which is really nice
• The moisturizer makes the skin soft and glowy...thanks to it's key ingredients : shea butter,kokum butter,honey etc.
• Also,this product is made up of all the good ingredients that are required to keep the dry skin moisturized and healthy...awesome:)
• The effect of the product stays for long and skin feels moisturized throughout the day

Overall,I like the Khadi Natural's Herbal Moisturizer in the Rose & Honey variant.

Con:

• Just a little greasy as per my liking.
• The scent of the body-moisturizer might be over-whelming to people with very sensitive nose
• The bottle needs to be squeezed-out really hard to get the product

Will I re-purchase?

• Yes,because it moisturizes my skin well & it's paraben-free.
• I recommend this to people with dry/very dry skin and also,to all those who are looking for a budget-friendly and paraben-free body-moisturizer...do give it a try
• This product can be used in any season depending on skin-needs

My Experience:

Shades :

• Chloe Chloe : It's an iridescent  pink shade with  blue/purple undertones(Fuschia or Rani pink).This shade has finely milled shimmers in it.I love this shade a lot.It has a satin finish and looks gorgeous.Suitable for all skin tones.But,not really suitable for daily-wear purposes.

• Chaos : It's a classic  bright red lipstick with blue undertones.It is creamy in nature but, has more of a velvet matte of a finish rather than a satin one.I love this shade and is very much wearable and not over the top!

• The packaging is cool.Lipsticks in the Extra Creamy Round collection come in a black  plastic tube
• The tube is sturdy & travel-friendly
• The details such as product ingredients,shade number , name and shelf-life are mentioned on the tube
• The packaging is sleek and can be carried out anywhere easily
• Also,there is a colour-coded transparent band at the bottom part of the lipsticks in this collection
• This band matches the shade of the lipstick that the tube contains.For eg. if Chloe is the lipstick then the band at the bottom is of red colour!
• This really helps in checking out the shades,in case you have more than one lipstick from this range just like me :)                                              

             

Formula & Texture:

• The lipsticks in the Extra Creamy Round lipstickcollection have a satin finish
• Creamy texture
• Strangely, the bright fuschia pink one(Chloe Chloe) has a satin-finish with loads of sheen and finely milled shimmers
• On the other hand the red on(Chaos) has a very velvet matte kind of a finish with less sheen and no shimmer at all
• The texture is really smooth
• Highly pigmented and opaque in one single swipe
• Keeps lips moisturized
• Really good quality lipsticks...I must say :)
• Doesn't tug to the lips and glides on smoothly
• Experienced no feathering,flaking or bleeding!
• Doesn't sit into fine lip-lines
• Doesn't enhance any dry patches on the lips(but,please exfoliate your lips in advance)
• Re-application of these lipsticks is not an issue.These lipsticks still glide-on smoothly.

                               

         

Fragrance:
Mild-floral fragrance.It's not overwhelming or bothersome.

Longevity:

• Lasts for a really long time,about 6 hours on my lips...love it.It totally depends on how careful we are while taking meals
• It easily survives heavy meals
• Looses sheen as the time passes and turns into kind of a matte-finish
• It fades away evenly leaving a slight stain behind

Con:
Transfers a lot initially and not smudge-proof

Will I re-purchase?

Yes,definitely.

• My favorite is Chloe Chloe.It has my heart.I love this shade.
• Also,the red one called Chaos is a very nice red lipstick.Looks really good on the lips.Not gaudy!
• I love the formula of the lipsticks that I have
• The shade range of the NYX Extra Creamy Round Lipsticks is awesome as well.
• There is a huge variety of shades in the Extra Creamy Round lipsticks  collection.I recommend this lipstick collection to those who are looking for really affordable and good quality creamy lipsticks.Go get it!

My Experience:
Shade : 009,My Valentine is a classic red lipstick.It has a satin finish.

Packaging:

• The packaging is a standard one and the product is in the form of a lip-crayon
• The product comes in a twist-up tube which is made up of plastic
• The shade number and name are mentioned on the tube
• The colour of the tube matches the actual product-shade! That's really cool:)
• Also,product quantity & shelf-life are mentioned on the tube
• Compact tube , apt to carry along anywhere
• Sturdy & travel-friendly packaging
• I really like twist up feature of the tube.Nobody likes wasting product by using a sharpener...isn't it?

                               

Formula & Texture:

• Best part of this lipstick is that it has no Paraben(GOSH cosmetics is a vegan brand and all the products are paraben-free)
• The lipstick has a satin-finish...love it!
• Smooth texture and really glides very smoothly onto the lips
• Very opaque i.e highly pigmented in one swipe
• Really keeps the lips moisturized throughout the day
• Doesn't sit into the lip-fine line or dry patches
• Doesn't dry-out or suck the moisture out of the lips at all
• Doesn't flake,feather or bleed
• Can be used to line-out the lips (being a lip-crayon)

Fragrance:
The lipstick has a mild vanilla-cupcake-like fragrance that goes away within few minutes of product-application

Effective?

• Stays on the lips close to 6-7 hours(approx.) with light meals in between.Long-lasting lipstick.
• Yes,as the time passes we eat and drink,the shine goes away,but,still the product stays on the lips
• By the end of the day the product fades away evenly leaving a light stain behind...looks lovely
• Product can be removed using a good makeup remover anytime
• Re-application is not an issue & it doesn't look chunky or patchy on the lips
• This shade will suit all the skin tones as it's a very wearable red lipstick
• This lipstick-shade is not OTT(over the top) can be easily used in any party or a function

Con:

• Transfers.After the initial application the product transfers to cutlery etc.Later on the lipstick becomes less transferable which is ok with me.
• Product-ingredients are not mentioned anywhere

Tip :We can alway mattify any creamy/satin-finish lipstick easily by using some translucent / compact powder

Will I re-purchase?
I am in love with the formula.Lips look shiny any luscious and simply gorgeous.Love it.
Will definitely purchase some other shade from this collection.

Haul : Victoria's Secret Products

Hi Everyone,

Today I am going to share with you my Victoria's Secret Haul.
So,recently I had been to the Victoria's Secret store.The store was really huge and as usual posh.
All the products looked amazing and chic!

So,I purchased few products from the Victoria's Secret store(UAE).
                                           

First product is a body cream from the Pure Seduction range.It's called Pure Seduction Fragrant Hand & Body Cream.

Price: AED 85 / $18
Quantity:  6.7 fl oz / 200ml

• The packaging is awesome.
• The product comes in a tube-packaging and has a twist open lid and also,pressable cap with dispenser..
• Lid is of golden colour and the tube-body is of pink-red rose colour.
• The details of the ingredients are mentioned on the packaging
• The product smells heavenly! It smells of roses...love the fragrance

                             

Second product is a body mist from the Temptation range.It's called Temptation Fragrance Mist

Price:AED 85 / $18

Quantity: 250 ml / 8.7 fl oz
Desciption:

Give in to an addictive combination of juicy apple and Saguaro flower in a light mist.

TIPS & TRICKS:Mix two or mix a few. No rules. Just fun!

• Notes: Fresh apple and Saguaro flower

• The product comes in a bottle with a spray head(golden-colour)
• The lid is of tranparent-plastic colour and the bottle-body is of pink-red colour

• The scent of the body-mist is very floral in nature and is very feminine...I like it!

                               

Lastly,I purchased a cute polka-dotted pouch from Victoria's secret.

Price: AED 65

                                             

 

  

• This is a really nice and sturdy medium-sized pouch.It is a black-colored pouch with white polka dots all over it.The pouch is apt for travel-purposes.
• It can be used for keeping make-up products etc.
• I like the white polka dots on the black-colored pouch.It looks really classy in my opinion.

I purchased this body spray mainly because of it's cute packaging.Read on to know my experience.

Packaging:

• The packaging is very cute
• The product comes in a spray bottle made up of tin
• The body of the bottle is of white colour with black polka dots
• The lid is of pink colour on which Hello Kitty is written...love
• The ingredients are mentioned on the packaging
• The directions to use are mentioned on the bottle
• The shelf-life of the product is mentioned at the bottom of the spray bottle
• Spray-head is nice and powerfull
• One spritz of the product is sufficient to do it's job
• Sturdy & travel-friendly packaging
• Direction to use and warning are mentioned on the packaging

Fragrance:

• The deodorant body spray has a very strong floral(rosy) fragrance
• Very refreshing
• Spritz this and land into the heaven of fresh flowers...roses...divine
• Really cool and feminine
• Keeps bad body odour at bay...really:)

Longevity:

• The deodorant's effect lasted on my skin throughout the day.It's awesome.
• I usually spray the deodorant only once on moist skin(under-arms) and by the end of the day I noticed that it's effect was still there.I use this product daily.
• This deodorant did not leave a white cast that many other deodorants leave on the skin...(wow)

Effective?

• Yes,this deodorant works as claimed by the company
• Experienced no white cast or any sort of skin irritation
• The effect stays throughout the day!

Con:

• Not alcohol-free
• Might sting or make the underarms soar(people with very sensitive-skin)

Will I re-purchase?
No, generally I try not to use alcohol-based deodorants.
But, I recommend it to people who want to check out a good floral-scented deodorant body spray.
Don't forget that this product contains ALCOHOL.Know your skin type.If you do have a very sensitive skin then skip this product.

My Experience:

Shades:

• Trendsetter- It's a perfect nude shade with orange undertones.Will suit all the skin tones
• Flirt- It's a brownish-nude shade that will suit fair skin tones very well
• Spice Girl- Mauvy-nude that is a tad bit more brown when compared to Flirt.Suitable for all skin tones
• Vixen- It's a very deep brown shade that will suit deep-skin tones well apart from fair and medium-skin tones!

• The applicator is doe-foot applicator
• The shade-name,quantity,shelf-life etc. are mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick-tube

Formula & Texture:

• The formula is liquidy in nature
• Very thin and gives full coverage in a single swipe
• Doe foot applicator helps in easy application of the product onto the lips
• No flaking,feathering or bleeding
• Doesn't sit in the fine-lip-lines
• Doesn't enhance patchiness or dryness but,please exfoliate you lips in advance
• Keeps lips hydrated,thanks to it's key ingredients like olive oil and bees-wax!
• Sets in one to two minutes to a complete matte
• Doesn't transfer at all (check my YouTube video for demo)
• If we take heavy meals the products tends to move from the center of the lips
• Re-application of the product is not an issue at all
• Water-resistant

Fragrance:
Has a strong,sweet-scent that fades away as the time passes

Longevity:

• Lasts for a really long time.When oily and greasy food is avoided or taken carefully the lipstick stays
• put forever!Love it.
• Survives light meals cery well...impressed!
• Need a good makeup remover to remove the product from  the lips

Con:
Little bit sticky,it might bother some people

Overall,I like the brown edition of the Huda Beauty,liquid matte lipsticks.
I highly recommend that you check out these lipsticks!
