My take on the product:
Yes,It is for people with extremely dry lips
*naturally soft lips are a bliss*
*colour of the lip balm-not tinted i.e. colourless
*It has a herbal-scent(lemongrass)...I am ok with it, but,people who are sensitive to herbal-fragrances...try before you buy it
*This lip-balm is amazing and really keeps the lips hydrated throughout the day

Will I re-purchase?
Yes,definitely! already on my second-tube!
